OVERVIEW

As an ode to the greatest hockey franchise in the history of NHL, Tour des Canadiens 2 will be iconic and breathtaking. The building is an architecturally sculpted glass tower whose slender, skewed and tapered forms are inspired by icicles. At night, the illuminated ‘icicle’ tops will glow and create dramatic views appearing different when viewed from various vantage points in the city. The dramatic 4-storey high atrium overlooks the St. Antoine-Jean d’Estrees plaza. The Atrium’s Skybridge directly connects the building to Windsor Station and the Bell Centre. Another prominent feature of the building is its elegant stone faced podium that integrates with the heritage building.

The luxurious lobby will have a grand hotel ambience with rich marble accents in a contemporary Art Deco reinterpretation. A stunning fireplace and plush lounge style seating will provide residents and visitors with an impressive five-star welcome home. Introducing Tour des Canadiens 2 SkyLounge. The very first condominium rooftop lounge in all of Montreal, exclusive to owners. The SkyLounge is home to the most breathtaking views of the city. In the upper section is a bar and fully-equipped dining area with sultry dark wood floors and copper details. Step down to the intimate lower lounge where porcelain floors and cognac seating create a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere. Nothing in Montreal compares.
